1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TechBlueprints. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

TechBlueprints is an online interview preparation platform that provides educational content for system design and software engineering interviews.

2. Description of Service

TechBlueprints provides:

  • Structured learning content on system design fundamentals
  • Low-Level Design (LLD) patterns and problem-solving guides
  • High-Level Design (HLD) architecture concepts
  • Interview playbooks and preparation strategies
  • Self-assessment tools including flashcards and quizzes
  • Mock interview practice sessions
  • Progress tracking and learning path recommendations
  • Cheat sheets for quick reference

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our services
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Pricing

We offer flexible subscription plans:

  • Weekly Plan: ₹100 per week + GST (18%)
  • Monthly Plan: ₹300 per month + GST (18%)
  • 3-Month Plan: ₹600 per 3 months + GST (18%)

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is added at checkout and clearly shown in your invoice.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of subscription
  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or download our content
  • Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Resell or commercially exploit our content

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on TechBlueprints, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of TechBlueprints or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • We do not guarantee that our content will help you pass any interview
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform
  • We do not guarantee that our content is error-free or up-to-date
  • Interview outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECHBLUEPRINTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechBlueprints, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform:

  • If you violate these Terms of Service
  • If we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • At our discretion, with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
